How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. International shipping times vary by location, usually ranging from 7-14 business days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn jewelry in its original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
How should I care for my jewelry to prevent tarnishing?
To maintain the shine, we recommend removing your jewelry before swimming, showering, or applying lotions. Store your pieces in a cool, dry place, preferably in the Kloudy pouch provided.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, every Kloudy Jewelry purchase comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, loss, or normal wear and tear.
