Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original Kloudy gift box and secure it inside a padded mailing envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
